How do I regain access to my azure account? portal.azure.com

I am currently unable to login to my azure account, as it is always redirecting me to "verify using authenticator" app and which simply does nothing. Once i see this screen if i simply open portal.azure.com I can see I am logged in, but nothing works.

Please assist me to fully recover my azure account.

This error showed up after I tried multiple times to skip the "Authenticator verify" screen
