I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 from Groupon

the download didn't work. Have uninstalled and tried to reinstall several times with no luck

    What error are you seeing when you try to download Office, is that a 'Service Unavailable' error?

    If so, what version of Office did you purchase on Groupon, is that Office Home 2024, Office Standard 2024 or Office Pro Plus 2024?

    If the Office licence you purchased is Office Standard 2024 or Office Pro Plus 2024, then that is causing the problem, this is a widely reported scam on Groupon, that is a volume licence version of Office used by large organizations.

    You will need to contact the seller on Groupon to get a full refund, they should not be selling that type of licence to the general public.
