Installed and Re-installed software. Tried doing all the steps including re-signing in. Still the same error.

    If this is the Microsoft Family Safety app available through the Microsoft store app, here: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9PDJDJS743XF?hl=en-gb&gl=GB&ocid=pdpshare, then please can you tell me if you have the latest version of Windows installed on your PC?

    I always found the apps available on the Apple and Google app stores better then the Windows store version. Instead, on a Windows device, it is often easier to visit the website here: https://family.microsoft.com

    Have you tried downloading the Microsoft Family app on your phone?

    If not, please try and download it and sign into your Microsoft account, does it work as expected?
