Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
The domain status can be checked directly in the Microsoft 365 admin center:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with an admin account.
- Go to Setup > Domains.
- Find acatreetours.com and check the Status column.
- If the domain is healthy, it is connected correctly.
- If there is an issue, select the three dots next to the domain and choose Check health to see exactly which DNS records need to be fixed.
If the domain has not finished verification yet, the most common causes are:
- The TXT verification record value is not exact, including the required MS= portion.
- The DNS record was added but not fully saved at the DNS host.
- DNS changes have not finished propagating yet. This usually takes a few minutes, but can sometimes take a few hours.
If DNS records were just added, Microsoft 365 setup should complete after the records are detected. After all required DNS records are entered correctly, return to Microsoft 365 and select Verify.
If email addresses were already created but Outlook mail is not working, first confirm that the domain shows as healthy in Setup > Domains. If there is still a mail issue after DNS is correct, use the Outlook troubleshooting guidance.
If the setup is complex or the domain appears to be stuck, use Microsoft 365 support:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- At the bottom right, select Help & Support.
- In the Support Assistant pane, enter the issue.
- Review the results, and if needed select Contact support.
