Official invoices and subscription details can be accessed from the account that was used for the purchase; they are not sent manually from here.

For a personal Microsoft subscription or Microsoft Store purchase:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft account used for the subscription.
    2. Open the order history page and review purchases, subscriptions, and invoices.
    3. If needed, change the date range to find older transactions.
    4. Select the order details to view or print the invoice.

If the subscription is billed by Microsoft, it should also appear on the Microsoft account subscriptions page. If Manage, Cancel, or Change payment appears, the subscription is billed by Microsoft. If management options are limited or missing, it may be managed by a third party.

If multiple charges appear on the card statement but only one or no matching charge appears in order history, check whether another Microsoft account is using the same payment card. Microsoft account Payment options includes an Investigate option for that scenario.

If this is an Azure billing account and the account has the required billing permissions, payment history can be viewed in the Azure portal:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Open Cost Management + Billing.
    3. Select the correct billing scope.
    4. Under Billing, select Payment history.
    5. Select an invoice ID to view the invoice, or use the download symbol to download it.

For Microsoft 365 business subscriptions, invoices are available in the Microsoft 365 admin center under Billing > Bills & payments or Products > View invoices, depending on the view.

    Hello @GO We

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Support,

We understand that you would like to obtain the payment history and invoice details associated with your subscription. We appreciate the information you provided, including the monthly charge amount (KRW 12,540) and the merchant reference shown on your card statement (MICROSOFT#G178795848).

To protect your account privacy and security, we are unable to access or provide billing records through this channel. We recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support and requesting a copy of your official invoices and subscription payment history. When contacting support, please provide the merchant reference, billing amount, and the Microsoft account associated with the subscription to help locate the relevant transactions.

If you are unable to view your order history or subscription details in your Microsoft account, please mention this to the support team so they can investigate the issue and assist you in retrieving your billing records.

If this charge is associated with an Azure billing account and your account has the appropriate billing permissions, you may be able to view your payment history directly in the Azure portal by following these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. Navigate to Cost Management + Billing.
    3. Select the appropriate billing account or billing scope.
    4. Under Billing, select Payment history.
    5. Select an invoice ID to view the invoice details, or use the Download option to download a copy of the invoice and related billing information.

We hope this helps. If you are unsure whether the charge is related to Azure, Microsoft 365, or another Microsoft subscription, please let us know, and we can help point you to the appropriate billing team.

    Regards,

    Venkat.M
