Hi,

I have a 8004ded2 when reconnecting to OneDrive.

I have been disconnected from OneDrive a few weeks after renewing my Microsoft 365 Business license.

But online, I can see that I have paid but I have no licence assign to me. All other Microsoft Apps works perfectly fine but OneDrive.
I have seen a couple of other posts linked to that error and have done what is recommended there but does not work for me.

No way to contact Microsoft Support as their phone number does not work.

Does anyone has an idea on how to fix this ?

Thank you,

Jonathan

    Hi @Jonathan Moenaert

    Thank you for your sharing.

Based on the information you provided, I understand that you are experiencing an issue with OneDrive even though you have already paid for your subscription.

Since you mentioned that there is currently no license assigned to your account, please follow the article below to assign a license directly in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. This will help ensure that your workflow continues without interruption and prevent any potential data loss caused by the account not detecting an active license: Assign or unassign licenses for users in the Microsoft 365 admin center

Additionally, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Reset OneDrive by following the instructions in this article: Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support
    2. Clear the OneDrive cache files:
    • Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.
      • Enter the following path: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings
      • Remove any folders named Business1 or Business2.
      • Restart OneDrive and check whether the issue persists.

Please let me know the outcome after completing these steps, and I will be happy to continue assisting you if the issue remains unresolved.
