I paid for 100Gb upgrade but 5Gb is all I get

As stated, last November I paid for the storage upgrade but I am not able to use it.

The new 100Gb shows in my account, but I still get the Onedrive "not enough space" warning on my taskbar.

So for nearly 10 months I have been unable to use a facility I have paid for.

Seems like a scam to me.
