So I have Lenovo ThinkPad T440p which have OEM Windows Pro license already signed with my Microsoft Account, after I put the same Account on axioo HYPE 10 with OEM Windows Home license one day I accidentally found offer free upgrade to Windows Pro in Microsoft Store, without hesitation I click that, oh boy it automatically upgrading and activating itself to Windows Pro, guess what my ThinkPad still activated still Pro like usual. Is it okay? and if it's okay please tell Microsoft to announce this info, so many People know it.

    Hi TechOprek,

Thanks for sharing your experience. I can understand why this was surprising, especially since the upgrade happened automatically and both computers remained activated.

It appears that Windows found an eligible Pro digital license or entitlement when you accepted the offer in the Microsoft Store. However, signing in with the same Microsoft account does not normally give every PC a Windows Pro license. Your account can be linked to a digital license, but activation is still associated with the license and hardware of each device.

You can check a few details on both computers:

    1. Open Settings > System > Activation.
    2. Make sure the Windows edition is listed as Pro.
    3. Expand Activation status and check whether it says Windows is activated with a digital licence or Windows is activated with a digital licence linked to your Microsoft account.
    4. Open Settings > Accounts > Your info and make sure the expected Microsoft account is signed in.
    5. Open the Microsoft Store, select your profile picture and check your Order history to see whether a Windows Pro upgrade is listed.

If both computers show Windows Pro as activated, Windows currently recognizes an activation for each device. However, the Activation page may not clearly explain where the Axioo computer’s Pro entitlement came from.

Please let me know how it goes after checking these details.
