MSFT Office Product Key NOT WORKING TOKEN NOT FOUND

Hello, my name is Danielle and now I’m back in Brazil.

Last Saturday ( Aug 23rd) my husband bought at Best Buy (11301 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles) two microsoft product key but, one of then is not working on the moment try to insert the key.

We already checked the email Best Buy sent him and it's the same key as the one in the receipt.

How can we try to fix this problem?

Hello

Microsoft 365 product activation is country restricted. You actually cannot use a code purchased in the US and activate it in another country. If you had activated it in the US, it would have worked and you can continue to use the subscription in Brazil. But the redemption/activation part must happen in the same country you purchased the code from.
