    Greetings!

This is Tin, sorry to hear that you're unable to access your Onedrive Files. If you don't mind me asking, what is the exact error that you're getting? Have you tried to access it via browser? If not, kindly try to sign in to https://onedrive.live.com. Have you tried to use other browser and check if the issue persists? Or how about clearing cache and cookies? To do that, please press CTRL +SHIFT +DEL then choose the Cache also Cookies, then hit Clear Now. If the issue persists, please try to use other device and check if it's still the same.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Tin

    Try these checks in order:

    1. Validate the Microsoft account.
      • Go to https://account.live.com/reputationcheck.
      • Make sure the Microsoft account profile is complete and any Terms of Use prompts are accepted.
      • If sharing by email is failing, this is a common cause.
    2. Check whether sharing limits were reached.
      • Basic or “storage only” OneDrive has sharing limits.
      • The limit resets after 24 hours.
    3. Make sure the file is not in Personal Vault.
      • Items in Personal Vault cannot be shared.
      • Move the file to a normal OneDrive folder, then try sharing again.
    4. If trying to share from File Explorer, make sure OneDrive is running.
      • If the OneDrive desktop app is not running or not installed, the Share option will not appear in File Explorer or Finder.
      • If the OneDrive icon is missing, launch OneDrive.
      • Sharing can still be done from onedrive.com.
    5. If the file still cannot be accessed after sign-in, try opening OneDrive from the web.
      • If the web app also does not open files, the account or OneDrive site may need support.
    6. If using a personal Microsoft account and sharing from Outlook.com, update a contact entry.
      • In Outlook.com People, open any contact.
      • Edit any field and save it.
      • Then wait up to 24 hours and try sharing again.
    7. If this is a work or school OneDrive, the organization may have disabled or restricted sharing.
      • In that case, contact the organization’s IT helpdesk or admin.

If this is a personal OneDrive account and the issue continues, use Contact Microsoft Support from the OneDrive support flow.
