Microsoft Account Hacked – Unable to Sign In / Recover Account

My Microsoft account appears to have been hacked, and I suddenly lost access to it. My previous password no longer works, and I am unable to sign in normally.

I have proof that I am the original owner of the account, including a transaction ID and purchase history for a app that was purchased through Xbox using UPI. I also have other information that can help verify my ownership.

However, I currently have the proof available but I am unable to upload or submit it through the support/recovery form because there is no option or place to provide this evidence. The recovery form also does not give me enough space/options to explain my situation properly.

I have already submitted the account recovery request, but I need a way to provide my ownership evidence directly to Microsoft support.

Please connect me with a Microsoft support representative or provide a secure way for me to submit my proof of ownership so that I can recover my account.

I am sorry, but Microsoft Account Security is an automated process. No one, including Microsoft Support Agents, can unlock an account, reset your password, or change any Security Settings no matter what documentation you can present.

The recovery form also does not give me enough space/options to explain my situation properly.

The Account Recovery form is just for you to submit the request information for automated processing. No human ever reads your form and any additional info you include is ignored.

There is no process for you to submit your proof of ownership, and there is no one to look at it if you could.

I am sorry. I know that losing access to your account is more than just an inconvenience. It can cause real hardship and financial losses. But at this point all you can do is keep trying the Account recovery process.
