I have a subscription under family 365 for my personaI need to send an email to Microsoft email - I need to check if my business email address has a subscription - under outlook it has a licence but I don;'t know if this is linked to my personal email - I need to try and sort it out so that I pay for one 365 but my personal & work emails are linked and I do not want to lose any of my work emails if I have to re-activate the subscription. It's a bit complicated

I need to understand in what way your personal and work emails are linked, but from what you wrote, I cannot find any information regarding how they are linked.

You said under outlook it has a license - are you saying you see a license under your @outlook.com account when you log into https://account.live.com > Subscriptions ?

Is your work email address a separate email address that's not outlook.com, or are you saying you are using the same outlook.com email address for business purpose ? Please clarify if you can as this part is super unclear.
