How to have my artifact signing verified?

My signing requests stay stuck at email verification, but I never receive an email. I have sent proof (government issued letter. Then, it stays in progress and says email verification needed but I never receive one and it just fails after a few days. My email is within the same domain..

Any ideas?

For Artifact Signing, the supported path is:

    1. Check Junk/Spam.
    2. Confirm the primary email address can receive messages from external senders and that emails containing links are not being filtered.
    3. Ask the email administrator to verify that firewall, security, or mail filtering policies are not blocking the message.
    4. Make sure the mailbox is a monitored mailbox on the organization’s domain and that the secondary email is different from the primary email.
    5. If the verification email still cannot be found, delete the current identity validation request and create a new one.

    Important details:

    • The email verification link expires after seven days.
    • A new link cannot be resent for the same request. If the link was missed or never received, the documented action is to start a new identity validation request.
    • Creating more identity validation requests for the same entity while one is already in progress does not help.
    • The “three attempts” limit applies to uploading additional documentation when requested, not to deleting an in-progress request and creating a new one.
    • If assistance is still needed with identity validation, the documented support channels are Azure Support or Microsoft Q&A with the artifact-signing tag.

If the request is specifically stuck on email verification, there is no documented resend flow for the existing request. The practical next step is to fix mail delivery first, then recreate the identity validation request.
