To see more task details in Microsoft Planner, open the task card instead of only viewing it from the board column.

    1. In Board view, select the task.
    2. The task details pane opens, where more information can be shown, including Assign, Bucket, Progress, Priority, Start date, Due date, Notes, Checklist, Attachments, and Comments.
    3. If tasks seem hidden or hard to find, use:
      • Filter to search by keyword, due date, label, bucket, or assignment.
      • Group by and choose Bucket, Assigned to, Progress, Due date, Labels, or Priority.
    4. To see work across people, use Board > Group by > Assigned To.
    5. To check overall task status, select Charts.
    6. To see tasks on a calendar, select Schedule.
    7. To see all tasks assigned across plans, select My tasks in Planner, or turn on Assigned to me in Microsoft To Do.

If the missing piece is related to sorting or grouping, changing Group by often makes hidden task organization easier to see.

    Good day Josefani

Just to gently clarify before we go any further, this is a user‑to‑user support forum. I don’t have the ability to access or investigate individual accounts because this is a user‑to‑user support forum.

In Microsoft Planner, the information shown depends on the view you are using. The Board view only displays a summary of each task, while details such as Notes, Checklist, Attachments, Comments, Dates, Priority, Progress, Bucket and Assignees are available when you open the task.

I recommend following the steps provided in the AI answer, as it explains how to access the full task details and verify the information you are looking for.

If the issue persists or you still cannot find the information, please share a screenshot of the current view along with any additional details about the behavior you are seeing.

(Please make sure to blur or cover any personal or sensitive information in the screenshot to protect your privacy)

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
