Dear @Nur Balqis Mohd Pandi,
Based on your description, the link you shared is a OneDrive shared document link.
To better understand your situation, could you please provide some information as:
- Are you accessing the link using a work/school Microsoft 365 account or a personal Microsoft account?
- Is this issue affecting only you, or do other users receive the same error when opening the link?
- Are you the owner of the document, or was it shared with you by someone else?
In the meantime, here are some suggestions you can try:
1/ Verify the correct account is signed in
- Open the link in an InPrivate/Incognito window.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account that the document was shared with.
- If you have multiple Microsoft 365 accounts, ensure you're using the intended one.
2/ Try another browser or device
- Test the link in Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or a different device to rule out browser-related issues.
3/ Request the owner to review sharing settings
- The owner can open the file in OneDrive/SharePoint and confirm the file still exists, the sharing link has not expired, your account has been granted access or external sharing is allowed (if you're outside the owner's organization).
I hope it helps, if the issue still persists, please provide more information as my previous questions so I can support you more effectively.
Looking forward to your update.
