This forum is public, no one here has access to your Microsoft account.

Microsoft no longer allows security codes using landlines and has just recently also become unavailable via phone number for personal Microsoft accounts.

Have you already tried resetting the password, choosing the "I don't have any of these" option, and continuing with the form instead?

The Microsoft account sign-in helper will give you any available options for signing into your account. Or if that is not possible it will lead you to the Account Recovery process.
