Microsoft 365 subscription was inadvertently renewed

You can contact a Microsoft support agent by following these steps:

1. Go to the Microsoft Contact Support page: Microsoft Contact Support
2. Select Microsoft 365.
3. Click Get Home Support.
4. In the box provided, type billing and press Enter.
5. On the next page, scroll down and click Sign in to Contact Support.
6. Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with your subscription.
7. Click Contact Support
8. Under Products and services, choose Microsoft 365 and Office.
9. Under Category, select Manage my Subscription.
10. Choose Chat with support agent in web browser to start a live chat with a Microsoft support representative.
