Access Program

To find and download a Microsoft 365 subscription:

1. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the Microsoft account used for the purchase.
2. Find the Microsoft 365 subscription.
3. Select Install.
4. The installer downloads in the background.
5. Open the downloaded setup file and follow the prompts.
6. If prompted by User Account Control, select Yes.
7. Installation is complete when the message "You're all set! Office is installed now" appears.

If Microsoft 365 was bought directly from Microsoft as a digital download, there is no product key required for installation.

If the purchase was made with a prepaid retail card, redeem the product key first by following the instructions on the card, then install from Services & subscriptions.

If the purchase does not appear under Services & subscriptions, check Order history and select Product key/Install for the purchase.
