Not able to set the passwordless sign in through my mobile for microsoft authenticator.

Hi,

I am not being able to set the passwordless sign in through the microsoft authenticator. My questions are:

1. Is it possible to set passwordless sign in on multiple devices?
2. On registering the device, it is showing "Ran into error" but there is no network or any issue.
3. I am able to login through passkey but my device is not registering for the passwordless sign in.

Please help me urgently on this request.
