This forum is just a user to user forum, for account security and to protect users, no-one here has any account access, if you are sure no-one else has access to your banking details, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that double payment is for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that double payment is for and get a refund.

    1. Sign in to Services & subscriptions and check whether there are actually two active subscriptions for the same product: one monthly and one annual.
    2. Also review order history and look for multiple purchases for the same amount that appear close together.
    3. If only one subscription appears, check Payment options and use Investigate to see whether another Microsoft account is using the same card. This is a common reason for what looks like double billing.
    4. If the annual charge came from a third-party seller such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, or another retailer, billing changes and cancellation must be handled with that seller.
    5. If the annual plan is showing on the account and it is the one not wanted, open Manage for that subscription and review whether Cancel or Turn off recurring billing is available. If Turn on recurring billing is shown instead, that subscription is already set to expire and no further cancellation step is needed.
    6. If the charge still cannot be matched to the correct subscription or account, contact Microsoft Support through Contact Support for billing review.

    Common causes of this situation:

    • A previous payment was retried after insufficient funds, making two charges appear close together.
    • Two subscription periods were purchased.
    • More than one Microsoft account is using the same payment card.
    • The subscription was changed from monthly to annual, which can create a separate annual charge.
