How do I determine if I have a Personal Plan or a Family Plan

To check which Microsoft 365 plan is on the account:

1. Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services.
2. Find the subscription and select Manage.
3. Review the subscription name shown there.

If it says Microsoft 365 Personal, it is a Personal plan. If it says Microsoft 365 Family, it is a Family plan.

A Family plan can be shared with up to 6 people, while a Personal plan is for one person. If the account is part of someone else’s Family subscription, the subscription area should show that it is shared by that person.
