Dear @Golnaz Golestani,

Based on the information provided, this appears to be an account lifecycle and tenant administration issue rather than a OneDrive service issue.
When a student account is managed by a university, the university's Microsoft 365 administrators control:
- Whether the account can sign in.
- Access to Outlook, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Retention and deletion policies for mailbox and OneDrive data.
- Whether users can submit feedback or contact administrators through the Microsoft 365 portal.
Please understand that receiving OneDrive emails does not necessarily mean the account can still be accessed. Automated notifications may continue to be sent while data is retained under the organization's retention policies.
Only a Microsoft 365 administrator for the university can restore access or export the data if your account has been disabled.
Microsoft Support cannot directly grant access to data in an organization's tenant. Student and school accounts belong to the educational institution, and Microsoft must follow the organization's administrative controls.
Therefore, in this situation, the best option is to contact the university's IT or Microsoft 365 administrator and request either:
- Temporary reactivation of the account so you can export your data.
- Export of your OneDrive files and mailbox data.
- Confirmation of the current retention period and deletion date for the account.
Unfortunately, if the university has disabled the account and chooses not to re-enable access, as a forum user, I do not have the authority to bypass the tenant administrator's controls and provide direct access to the mailbox or OneDrive data.
I hope information above meets your expectations, feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
