My daughter shares my subscription but she now getting a message to say she cant log in because the sbscription has expired which is not the case as I pay my monthly subscriptio and in my account I can see that she is sharing my subscription.What can I do?

    Ask your daughter to perform these steps.

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is the subscription then recognized correctly.

    If not, in Word, go to File - Account and click the 'Switch Licence' button to test if that can find the subscription.2
