Dear Forum!

I'm writing regarding the ASPT for myself: I'm in the verge of creating a legal entity for my project, and based on the talks for my accountant, the best option for me in Hungary is the "egyéni vállalkozó" (private enterprenour, sole propriertor): a natural-person sole proprietor registered in the official EVNY ("Egyéni Vállalkozói Nyilvántartás", Individual Entrepreneur Registrar in Hungary) registry with a tax number, business registration number, registered address, and public government record.

In Hungary, this counts as a legal entity regarding official settlements and all that stuff - but I haven't found any information regarding whether this is eligible for the Artifact Signing Public Trust (more specifically for Organization type Azure Account, as AFAIK it is needed for this signing service).

Is it eligible? If yes, which Business Identifier and supporting documents should be used, and can an officially registered Hungarian “fantázianév” (fantasy name, associated with the private enterprenour) be included in the certificate subject?

Thank you for your answers in advance!

Best Regards,

Gergő
