Tengo un problema con el autenticador

No me deja acceder a mi cuenta de Playstation ya que me pide el código del autenticador pero en mi autenticador no está la cuenta agregada para ver el código y tampoco me deja agregar la cuenta en el autenticador
No tengo como acceder a nada y sacar ni configurar
