Hi, @Angie
The easiest way is to use Camera backup in the OneDrive app on your Android phone.
- Open OneDrive on the phone.
- Tap your account picture > Settings > Camera backup.
- Make sure Camera backup is turned on and that the correct Microsoft account is selected.
Keep in mind that not every image folder on the phone is backed up automatically. For example, screenshots, or photos saved by social media or other apps may be stored in separate folders. You can go to Camera backup > Back up device folders and select the additional folders you want OneDrive to back up.
Microsoft's guide is here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/automatically-save-photos-and-videos-with-onedrive-for-android
To help narrow this down:
- Are some photos uploading to OneDrive, or none at all?
- Which photos are missing, camera photos, screenshots, WhatsApp/social media photos, or another folder?
- Can you see the uploaded photos when you sign in to OneDrive.com?
