I deleted portions - format hdd and reinstall windows. now it is working good. hope with upcoming updates it will not stops again.

Touchpad stops working after ms surface firmware update.
Touchpad works in bios fine. but in windows - not.
All updates is up to date. no any warnings in device manager. all drivers is up to date.

Shut down completely.
Disconnect all accessories/dock.
Hold the Power button for about 20 seconds.
Release when the Surface logo appears/reappears.
Let Windows boot normally.
Test the touchpad.
Device Manager > "Human Interface Devices" (and check "Mice and other pointing devices"). Find entries like "HID-compliant touch pad" or "Surface Touch Pad Filter Device." Right-click each and choose Uninstall device — do NOT check "delete driver software" yet, just a plain uninstall first. Restart. Windows will reinstall a fresh copy of the same driver,
