Hi, @Apple Crumble

The red X usually means OneDrive is having trouble syncing something. The exact message will help identify why.

To find OneDrive settings, look at the bottom-right corner of the Windows taskbar near the clock. Click the OneDrive cloud icon. You may need to click the ^ arrow first. Then click the gear icon > Settings. How to access OneDrive settings

To help narrow down the issue:

  1. When you say “personal ink,” what exactly does it say on the screen? If possible, please provide a screenshot.
  2. Click the OneDrive cloud icon. Does it show a specific sync error or message?
  3. If you sign in at https://onedrive.live.com do you see your Documents and Pictures there?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

Thanks!
