need a call back for microsoft support

Need a call back from a real live agent to help with account recovery of a new account that hasn't been validated and does not have a secondary account to send reset password links or account recovery information. My Microsoft365 product key worked to download product onto new computer but I cannot log into the account. I am not accessing all the features that I paid for.
