Error code 0x803f8001 for minecraft, even though i purchased the game.

i purchased a physical voucher for minecraft java and bedrock edition for my pc. I played for a while then stopped for a month. Later i tried logging back on and it gave me the error code 0x803f8001.

Can anyone help?
