I cannot switch to my default Azure Directory, I'm stuck in an MFA Loop

I am stuck in a MFA loop with Azure Portal. I think it is either because I have not signed in for awhile or a directory I had is now gone and I cannot switch to another one. Is there a way someone can remove all by my default directory? I think things are stuck and it is causing me lots of problems. If someone could help me out that would be great. I want to try and start using my azure account more but I'm in a state where I can't do anything.
