Microsoft Support agents do not have direct access to accounts, and no one does. Microsoft Support agents will not be of any help, they will likely recommend you try the Account Recovery Form and Sign-in Helper Tool if you haven’t tried them already.

Use the Microsoft Sign-in helper first. It is the primary tool for Microsoft account sign-in problems:

If a live person is needed, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter the problem, select Get Help, and then select Contact Support to be routed to the best support option:

If access to a work or school account is the issue, use the My Account portal to sign in and manage security info:

Important: Microsoft support agents are not allowed to send password reset links or access and change account details.
