Im trying to add photos, but keep getting an message that says "you're over your storage limit". But I go on to website and it shows I only have 40GB used out of 100GB available. Im paying for the extra storage, but somehow its not letting me add more photos

    Hi, @Mary Hall

I noticed that you posted under OneDrive for Android. Are you currently having this issue on Android only?

If so, try signing out of the OneDrive app, restart your phone, then sign back in.

If that does not help, go to Android Settings > Apps > OneDrive > Storage, then clear the app cache/data. Restart the phone and sign in again.

If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Did you purchase or upgrade the 100 GB storage recently? If so, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the new storage limit to update across all devices.
    2. Does the OneDrive Android app show the same 100 GB total storage as the website?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!
