HELP with Signing Authority

The supplemental proof-of-address step succeeded. AU10TIX accepted my current bank statement and issued the Verified ID. However, the resulting AU10TIX Verified ID in Microsoft Authenticator does not appear to contain/display the current address established by that bank statement. When that credential is presented successfully, Artifact Signing rejects it because the credential lacks an acceptable home address.

Please investigate whether the verified address claim was omitted during AU10TIX credential issuance or is being lost/not mapped during the Microsoft Verified ID presentation to Artifact Signing. I need the validation team to inspect the claims associated with the issued credential and the Artifact Signing presentation request rather than repeat the identity-proofing process.
