Unable to login to OneNote on iOS using work credetials and authenticator

Hi, I am currently unable to login to my OneNote app for iOS using my work credentials. Its the only authorized application that I cannot access. It goes through the authenticator process and then provides and error OneNote can't open this notebook because it has been deleted or moved. Re-installing the app and ensuring all updates did not fix the issue. My IT department stated its an issue between Microsoft and iOS as everything on their end seems fine and its only the OneNote Application. I still have access through OneNote Web and my Windows machine and an android device.

Hi Kubis,

Thank you for reaching out and for providing the detailed information and outlining the troubleshooting steps you have already completed.

Your IT department is correct. There is currently an ongoing Microsoft service incident affecting some users who access OneNote on iOS devices. The symptoms you described, including successful authentication followed by the message that the notebook has been deleted or moved, are consistent with this incident.

Your IT administrator can review the latest status, affected services, available workarounds, and Microsoft’s progress by opening the issue ID OP1454727 via Service health - Microsoft 365 admin center.

The engineering team is aware of this issue and is actively working toward a resolution. Based on the latest update, the recent change has already been broadly reverted across the Production environment. If the recovery continues as expected, you should be able to use OneNote normally again soon.

In the meantime, please continue using OneNote on the web, Windows, or Android, since those platforms appear to be working normally for you. Reinstalling the iOS application or repeating the authentication process is unlikely to resolve the issue while the incident remains active.
