HOW DO I GET THROUGH THE "Verified 2FA" nightmare

AU10TIX successfully verified my government-issued identity and accepted my current bank statement as proof of address. It issued a Microsoft Verifiable Credential, which is present in Microsoft Authenticator. Microsoft Authenticator successfully presents that credential to Artifact Signing. Artifact Signing then rejects it with “Please acquire another Verified ID using a government-issued ID that contains your home address.”

I do not have a government-issued photo ID bearing my current mailing address. Microsoft’s Artifact Signing documentation expressly permits an Individual Developer address to be established by a government ID, utility bill, or bank statement, and lists bank statements as supplemental proof of address. Please escalate this as an Artifact Signing/Verified ID claim-handling issue and either manually review the accepted proof of address or provide a validation flow that carries the accepted supplemental address into the credential required by Artifact Signing.
