Not able to see our invoice in the Azure Portal - we see the charge, but no invoice

We are working with a customer who's not bought through Microsoft Marketplace before. Where they SHOULD be able to get a PDF of their invoice, instead it shows the charge from an ISV Private Offer, but it is "unassigned." Customer also says they believe they will need the Tax ID and Legal Entity for Microsoft to set them up in their AP system. Is there a Help Desk we can send this customer to who'll work to get them set-up? Again, this is their first Marketplace Purchase; in the past, they've only used CSPs for Microsoft purchases.

Good day Rich

Just to gently clarify before we go any further, this is a user‑to‑user support forum. I don’t have the ability to access or investigate individual accounts because this is a user‑to‑user support forum.

As this issue involves a Marketplace charge that appears without an associated invoice, please have the administrator create a support request from your customer tenant through Azure Portal > Cost Management + Billing > Support + Troubleshooting > New support request.

The Microsoft Billing Support team is best positioned to review or investigate the billing records and assist with any invoice, tax or legal entity information your customer may need for their AP onboarding process.

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any questions or need further support, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
