Artifact Signing - Identity validation

I completed the personal identity validation and proof of domain ownership. Then got a “Please complete your email verification.” message in Azure, but I didn’t receive any verification emails (all other Microsoft emails are hitting my inbox; nothing in Spam).

Thinking it was a temporary blip, I applied again using a different company email address, and again the process got stuck at “Please complete your email verification.”

Could someone at Microsoft please fix the bug (many people are getting the same issue) and unstick my application(s)?
