My husband opened our Family account and assigned me as the family manager but his view and my view are very different when logging into the account. He's able to see all that the invitations have been sent to with their status but mine, I only see my information and appears to be only a user account. I confirmed on his account that I am assigned as the manager and should have access. I'm trying to set up my son on the account and can't. Please help.

    Since your husband’s page already shows you as a manager, please check whether the organizer invitation was fully accepted by your Microsoft account.

    Sign out of the Family page, sign back in with the exact account that received the invitation, and check for any pending invitation. If it was already accepted but organizer controls are still missing, Microsoft Support may need to review the family-group status.
