REMOVED 2FA FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT STILL ASKING FOR IT

I removed the 2fa from my account a while ago and everything was fine and all of a sudden it is after me for 2fa again and i do not have that 2fa in my device anymore.
I backed up all my 2FA's on my microsoft authenticator app and when it was time to restore it back it didnt go saying the file is corrupt, and thats when i deleted it from my account so that it doesnt ask for 2FA and all of a sudden its asking for it again. For some reasons you cannot contact Microsoft when help is needed and its frustrating.
