If the account’s email was changed and verification codes now go to an address that is not accessible, the supported recovery path is:

  1. Start with the Microsoft account recovery flow for compromised accounts: Start.
  2. If the password is still known but access to security info is lost, begin sign-in and at Verify your identity select I don't have any of these to replace security info.
  3. If access to all security info is lost and it is replaced, there is a 30-day wait before sign-in is allowed.
  4. If the recovery form was already submitted and denied, use the account recovery form guidance and submit again with as much accurate account information as possible.
  5. If sign-in is blocked because of unusual activity, use the Sign-in Helper to unblock the account.
  6. If the account was compromised, first run a full malware scan on the PC before changing the password:
    • Open Windows Security
    • Go to Virus and threat protection
    • Select Scan options > Full scan > Scan now
  7. After the device is clean, change or reset the password.
  8. If access is restored, review account settings that are commonly changed after compromise: connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies.
  9. If self-service recovery still fails, use Contact Microsoft Support. Support can route the case, but support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.

If the mailbox is Outlook.com and the account is temporarily blocked, use the Outlook.com unblock flow: Sign-in Helper.

This forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, I wish I had better news for you, when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated data like the Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.
