My Microsoft 365 business tenant has been deauthenticated with error AADSTS5000224.

I am the sole Global Administrator and cannot access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or any Microsoft 365 service. The automated phone support disconnects when I provide the affected account email address.
I control the pnadvisory.lu domain and can verify ownership through DNS.
Please help initiate an out-of-band escalation for Tenant Recovery / Data Protection to reactivate the existing tenant.

after 1 month, one person call me, but no one continu the support !

Since you've mentioned that one person contacted you after about a month but no further support was provided, and you're unable to reach support now, I would recommend trying to call support again during your local business hours when agents are most likely to be available.
When navigating the automated phone system (IVR), you can use the conversation prompts I mentioned in my previous response to navigate the system more effectively.Please also be patient when contacting support, as there may be a high volume of tickets and requests. In some cases, support staff may not be able to assist your case immediately, which can unfortunately result in delays.
In the meantime, if you receive any response from the support representative you've previously contacted, please continue replying to the same case thread and keep a record of any case numbers or reference numbers you have, as these may help when speaking with a support agent.
