Issues on Asus Vivobook 15 M1502NAQ-BQ121WS?

Hey, I've bought an Asus Vivobook 15 M1502NAQ-BQ121WS, and it's only been a week, but I have already encountered lots of bugs, such as my fingerprint reader sometimes failing to recognize me. When I power off the laptop, it automatically restarts for no reason. Even while typing these issues. The backlit hotkey isn't working, and the backlit is blinking, and it's draining the battery.

Also, click on BIOS updates and try to update BIOS. Before that, please make sure that, if you are using bitlocker, you have bitlocker key available.

If, after updates and troubleshooting, you stil have problems, maybe you should go to retail store and ask for replacement laptop. It's new.
