how to re-install Office Home and Student 2013

I have been trying to reinstall this software following a factory reset. The product is still listed to install from my account so I assume I should be able to.

I seem to have overcome a couple of error codes 30033-44, then 1715-4 but now can't get past 0-1018 (0) which indicates I have residual files from a previous install. Not only should this be the case, given it was a factory reboot but I have used all the uninstallers I can find.

Appreciate any help. Thank you

Error 0-1018 means another Office installation, update, or uninstall is still considered in progress. The supported path from the provided guidance is:

    1. Check the Windows system tray for an Office icon.
      • If an Office install is already running, wait for it to finish before starting the install again.
    2. If no Office icon is present, restart Office setup and try the installation again.
    3. If the error continues, clean up any full or partial Office installation, then reinstall Office.
      • One accepted resolution is to remove all traces of the Office installation by using Microsoft’s Fix it tool from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501.
      • Restart the computer after the cleanup.
    4. Reinstall Office from the account where the product is listed.
      • One accepted resolution says to sign in at www.office.com/myaccount and choose Install Office.
    5. If Office still appears installed in Windows and can be selected in Control Panel, run a repair first:
      • Open Control Panel.
      • Select Uninstall a program under Programs.
      • Select the Office product, then choose Change.
      • For Click-to-Run, choose Online Repair and then Repair.
      • For MSI-based installs, choose Repair and then Continue.

Online Repair is the more complete repair option; Quick Repair only detects and replaces corrupted files.
