How to speak to service personnel

To speak with Microsoft support about a subscription:

1. Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
2. Enter the problem and select Get Help.
3. If the self-help steps do not resolve it, select Contact Support.
4. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office under Products and services.
5. Choose Manage my subscription or Manage account subscription under Category.
6. Select the option to chat with a support agent in the browser, or request a call back if offered.

If chat is unavailable, try again during support hours or leave a phone number for a callback when that option appears.
