Azure Artifact Signing Organization Identity Validation stuck at "Please complete your email verification"

Hello,

I am trying to complete Public Organization Identity Validation for Azure Artifact Signing for our company.

The identity validation repeatedly gets stuck at:

"Please complete your email verification."

The process so far is as follows:

1. I created a Public Organization Identity Validation request.
2. I completed the requester identity verification using a passport through the Microsoft Verified ID process.
3. The Verified ID contains the requester's correct first and last names, matching the information entered in the Artifact Signing identity validation request.
4. I presented the Verified ID to Artifact Signing using Microsoft Authenticator.

The verification page successfully displayed:

"Verification successful!"

1. After completing the Verified ID verification, the Artifact Signing Identity Validation status changed from Action Required to In Progress.

However, the Identity Validation details page continues to display:

"Please complete your email verification."

1. The Primary Email is an individual mailbox on our corporate domain, and the Secondary Email is a different valid address on the same corporate domain. Both addresses can receive external email.
2. I checked the Primary Email mailbox, including spam and junk folders.
3. I also created another Organization Identity Validation request and completed the Verified ID verification successfully again, but the same issue occurred.

The validation remains In Progress with:

"Please complete your email verification."

Could someone from the Artifact Signing / Identity Validation team please check whether the email verification request and backend validation state are being processed correctly?

I can provide the following information privately to Microsoft support staff if required:

• Identity Validation ID
• Azure Subscription ID
• Microsoft Entra Tenant ID
• Artifact Signing Account information
• Primary and Secondary Email addresses
• Organization information

For privacy and security reasons, I would prefer not to post these identifiers publicly.
