Moving monthly Azure credit to new email account

Hello, I have been trying to use my monthly $150 Azure credit for some testing. After trying to log into the email account I had used previously, I haven't been able to get access. I recognize that it would be easier if I just remembered the password to this account, but also trying to log in using a code sent to my phone is not working on multiple browsers. User's image

I have been receiving this error as of yesterday.

If I am not able to log into this account, is it possible to move the monthly Azure credit to a new email?

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

@Jennifer Yu I hope you are doing well,

Because the $150 monthly Azure credit is a benefit tied to a Visual Studio Enterprise subscription, you cannot directly transfer the active Azure subscription itself without having access to the old account. However, you can re-link the credit benefit to a completely new email from the Visual Studio side.

Recommended Next Steps:

Log into the Visual Studio Subscriber Portal using the primary email address that holds your Visual Studio license (which is often your corporate/work email).

Navigate to the Benefits tab.

Locate the Azure credit tile. From here, you can remove the old linked account and activate the benefit against a new email address.

Note: If the email you are locked out of is the actual account that holds the Visual Studio license itself, you will need to recover it first using the Microsoft Account Recovery form,
