Regarding your concern, you need to open a billing and nonprofit status support request with Microsoft:
- Visit the Microsoft for Nonprofits Contact Us page.
- Sign in with the account used to register your church or purchase Microsoft 365.
- Clearly describe your situation, for example: "Our church purchased Microsoft 365 at commercial pricing, but we should have nonprofit status. We need help verifying eligibility and correcting the subscription/billing."
- Then you can ask the Nonprofit Assistant to create a support request. You’ll receive a Support Request ID, and a representative will follow up.
