I can't validate my ID because every attempt to create a Verified ID fails and Microsoft gives me no way to contact a human being to resolve what, just 2 years ago, would've taken 5 minutes to clear up before corporations became to powerful and lazy to actually offer any customer service. I thought $200/yr for an OV/EV to meet the requirements for me to sign our AAX plugin with my Developer ID/key for Pace authentication was insane, but only $80 more than an Azure subscription that I can't use is looking more and more worth it by the hour. At this point I would pay just to not have to deal with such a terribly run company and their mentally handicapped AI. My business has always run all Windows PCs and only 1 Mac because I despised Apple's products, but congratulations Microsoft, you've made an Apple fan.

Is there nothing to be done when ID verification fails to recognize the person in the selfie after accepting the image? I've used other verification tools that work exactly the same as recently as a month ago so the problem isn't the ID and my face not matching. My name is spelled correctly, birthdate is the same as the Microsoft account. The only things that don't match are my company email addresses and the email address that I'm stuck with because this particular PC's account happens to be tied to this gmail. The authenticator is setup with the same gmail and my personal phone number as this PC's account as well. I've now been dealing with what should have been a few minute side mission in authenticating my software with Avid and Pace for 12 hours straight. All I want is to verify my identity so I can get back to what actually matters.
