"View my Sign-in activity" page not temporarily available

Hello,
5 days ago I noticed that someone tried to sign-in with my email, so I went over to my account and clicked Sign-off everywhere. I do have 2FA and passcode set-up, but I've also changed my password immediately.
However, when I wanted to see "View my Sign-in Activity" page, I'm getting 404 error, like the page is temporarily unavailable.
Is this a security measure on your side? How can I review my sign-ins, that is if someone is signed in that is not me, if the page is not available? And it has been unavailable for 5 days.
